Dispatch Time

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receipt.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

UK Shipping Options

48-Hour Service: £3.95 - Tracked, estimated delivery within two business days after dispatch.

24-Hour Service: £4.95 - Tracked, estimated delivery within one business day after dispatch.

Next Day Guaranteed: £10.00 - Tracked, guaranteed delivery on the next business day after dispatch.

Note: An additional cost will be calculated at checkout for all larger or framed items due to specialised packaging.

International Shipping

We ship our authentic memorabilia to collectors worldwide via fully tracked services.

  • Loose or Small Items: £25.00

  • Framed or Large Items: £50.00 – £75.00 (cost dependent on size/weight)

Our 14-Day Right to Cancel

As a UK-based distance seller, we offer a "cooling-off" period. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason, and without penalty, provided you notify us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify Us: You must inform us of your intention to cancel and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please email us with your Order Number and the Item Description.

  2. Return the Item: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

  3. Secure Packaging: Please ensure the item is returned in its original, protective packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, suitable for resale.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 calendar days.

  • Full Refund: We will refund the full cost of the item, along with the original standard shipping cost you paid to receive the item.

  • Deductions: We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by you (e.g., damage that goes beyond normal inspection).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged/Not as Described: If the item is faulty or damaged, Limelight Memorabilia will cover the cost of the return postage.

Note: Due to the bespoke nature of our authentication and framing, any item proven to be damaged due to neglect after the initial 30-day period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
